Coffee = Death

Not really, though you will have a problem if you spill that stuff on your lap in the middle of traffic. So every few months there seems to be a new study that claims that coffee can have negative health effects, but then the follow-up article says its all cool and won’t cause blood vessel dilation or some other evil-sounding condition. But why chance it? Give yourself that morning boost caffeine-free with this quick and easy routine. (Or you could just switch to tea.)

  • 10+ Seated Explosions (kneel down so that you are sitting on your feet, then explode into a standing position) *this alone will get your heart rate up
  • 20 Super Crunches
  • 10 Supermans
  • 15-20 Push-ups
